As I walked up to this normal looking GTS, I noticed something written by the side vent ("RSI Twin-Turbo 1000"). When I did some research, I found out that this is a Twin-Turbo Viper with 1000HP, capable of 1500HP with racing gas! This is a $90,000 upgrade that RSI Racing Solutions offers, and this was the car that RSI used as the cover car for the Gen 5 example! I couldn't believe I found it here!

WOW!!! What a find, just amazing!!! 1,000/1,500 HP is mind blowing, wonder what time/speed it will have on the 1/4 mile.

@388786, Just spotting a normal SRT Viper is hard enough! Catching this monster is like hitting the car spotting lottery. Excellent capture is an understatement.
