Thanks for your comments! Yeah, the area this was spotted in is called Sandbanks and is one of the most expensive places to buy property in the world supposedly (I cant post a link but feel free to google it) so it attracts a lot of people visiting, and a lot of very wealthy individuals with holidays home over the holidays.
