Very nice RGB Special Edition, made to commemorate long serving engineer director Roger Becker's departure from Lotus. In person this looks like a Go-Kart. Previously spotted in Hertfordshire ( Berkhamsted ) by TFJJ, sporting white instead of red wingmirrors.
