Obviously during the 24 hours. This spot has been deleted before. I remember seeing it online years back. Not a great way to end the year with a ban. 😅

PS: why are photos taken around the Nurburgring circuit accepted in this case?

It's all explained in the rules. The Nurburgring is unique. Besides being an circuit it's also a toll road. And because of that you're allowed to spot when there isn't an event on the calendar.

Fantastic spot ! But like Jeffrey said we cannot put spot around race tracks even if there's no special event. The Nurburg rule is a little bit silly, I agree with you... Same with the parking of the brand Museum like Porsche and Mercedes... Germany got some special rules. ^^
