What an amazing spot! This is the Roush Warrior S/C. Like the previous non-Roush version (Warrior GT 2013), this car is only available for active U.S. Military members serving overseas. It features a massive outpout of 627bhp. The S/C version is limited to 15 pieces only, whereas the EcoBoost-based T/C version will be made 30 times. This particular car is in fact #01 of these 15 cars. The plates on this car German diplomatic plates, 17 being USA, obviously. It's a massive find considering the car is so rare.
