Actually the license plate is O000000. You can see that the shape is slightly different. Nonetheless I think its strange the Belgian authorities allow for such hard to see differences. Good job on the Valencia spots by the way! I always found it hard to spot there because most of the special cars are moving (on broad avenues), rather than being parked somewhere.

@Crispijn my bad! it's very similar to O anyway! I actually seen O000001 on a Panamera two years ago. It's really hard to catch cars on the move here, there's always people, traffic, street lights, trees and so many things in between!! Check your messages whenever you can please :)
