I found this 2022 BMW X3 M F97 Competition driving down Greenwich Avenue on 4/9/2022 (photos 1-4), again on 12/29/2022 (photos 5-7) and again on 8/12/2023 (photos 8-10). The owner used to have a black Porsche 95B Macan Turbo that I have spotted and posted before.

there actually was an x4m by the hotel i’m staying at in Morgan Hill for car week, but i never got photos, nice x3m spot though!
