Amazing find! A lot of the adverts are in English on that wall at the building site.

Thank you! That district of the city is called Belgrade Waterfront (BW). It is really new, so there are lots of building sites there. I guess they just decided to make the streets happier, so they hung these pictures and inscriptions. @ST22HTV
